All families in the Delta are welcome at our free Healthy Families, Healthy Futures classes! All sessions include time set aside for group conversation, serving as a support group for parents. Attendees are welcome to bring their babies and children to all classes. All classes will be livestreamed with a link available on the calendar.

Participants receive diapers, wipes, and gift bags of essential supplies for parents and babies.

Baby 101

  • Our educators will give you a crash course in diaper changing, bathing, and feeding your baby. Classes will also include car seat installation and a lesson on putting your child securely in the seat

  • Learn about umbilical cord and circumcision care, what to do if your child is not feeling well, what to expect at his or her first medical appointment, and the milestones in the first few months of life.

  • Get tips for soothing your baby and early parenting - including how to make sure you're taking care of yourself!

Dad Bootcamp (Register)

  • Learn about birth plans and birth teams and your role in preparing for the baby. Available in both morning and afternoon sessions

  • Learn about the different Comfort Measures during Pregnancy and Labor and the common changes and pains associated with them. Plan for the post partum period to support both the mom and baby as they come home and settle into the first few weeks.
